Dear Sir:
In References 1 and 2, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Orders requiring modification of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant to comply with Criteria contained in Appendix A to NUREG-0661.
The New York Power Authority submitted the Plant Unique Analysis Report for the torus structure, support system and internals in Reference 3.
Reference 4 included the second part of the Plant Unique Analysis covering the evaluation of the piping system attached to the torus.
