Re-issued NPDES Permit (MI-0039110) for Fermi 2 In accordance with Section 3.2 of the Fermi 2 Environmental Protection Plan, enclosed for your information is a copy of the re-issued NPDES permit ( MI-003 9110 ) for Fermi 2.
The permit was approved by the Michigan Water Resources Commission at their August meeting.
The permit was subsequently issued August 22, 1985, and was immediately effective.
