I am enclosing a copy of the Appeal on the Director's Decision regarding my Petition.
I believe that the Director's Decision did not address some of my requests and that some essential evidence presented in my Petition has not been considered.
The Director's Decision is non-technical and is not supported by derivations, proofs, calculations and other technical evidence.
In my Appeal I requested, in accordance with 10 CFR, 2.206, that a meeting be called where the preparers of the Director's Decision would be able to

In accordance with 2.206 (c), I am seeking your support. The Director's 3 l'3 55 J_* O Decision is concerned with very important matters and it, certainly, would not be fair to let it become a Final Decision without any discussion.
