We have reviewed your request for additional time to develop a course of action for improving certain facility features and plans. Based on our meeting on March 21-22, 1985, in which you informed the NRC that the high enriched uranium fuel fabrication operation will be discontinued in April for two to three years, we have detemined that an extension of time for response to our January 25, 1985 letter is appropriate. Accordingly, an extension for response to June 7,1985, is granted.
