The purpose of this modification is to retroactively reinstate the subject contract, effective April 8,1985, in order to extend the period of performance for continuatior, of work set forth in the contract. Therefore, the parties mutually agree to the following:
Paragraph 4 is revised to read:
This Agreement shall continue in effect until April 7,1986, unless sooner terminated as set forth hereinafter. This Agreement may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties as evidenced by written modification thereof.
All other tenns and conditions set forth under this Agreement remain unchanged.
