This material will be used for the fabrication of fuel assemblies and ultimately loaded into Genkai Unit No.1(Region 22) owned by Kyushu Electric Power Co.,Inc.

Tha contract for the uranium enriching services with the U.S. Enrichment Corporation (USEC) is DE-SC05-84UEJA206.

Please note that the feed material is supplied by Australia & U.S.A.

Tha relevant enriched UF6 will be delivered from the USEC's Portsmouth Enrichment Plant in Piketon, Ohio. After being exported to Japan, it will be converted to UO2 powder, pelletized and fabricated into fuel assemblies by Mitsubishi Nuclear Fuel Co.,

Ltd.

A2 to the validity of the export license, we wish to have a two year period l

from the date of issuance.

With regard to sampling, we request that Three(3) P-10 tube samples be ttken from each parent cylinder. These samples should be delivered to Mitsubishi International Corporation c/o Teledyne Brown Engineering Environmental services for independent analysis. We also request that JAI l

Corporation witness the weighing, sampling and loading operation.
