The purpose of this. modification is to add incremental funding in the amount of $5.000.00, increasing the obligated amount from $263.720.00.00 to
$268.720.00.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Section B.4. Consideration and Obligation--Delivery Orders (June 1988)
Paragraph b. is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$268.720.00."
All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling amount of
$718,494.48. remain the same.
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is given below:
