At the request of NRC Staff counsel we are forwarding rr under separate cover to members of the Appeal Board (Management Issues) and to those parties marked with an esterisk on the attached Service List a multi-volume report prepared by Faegre
& Benson at the request of Metropolitan Edison Company covering their investigation of the Hartman allegations concerning TMI-2.
Copies of the report have previously been provided by GPUNC to the NRC Staff and, we understand, by the Staff to the Nuclear Regulatory Commissioners.
Because of the bulk of the report, no copier have been furnished to those parties to the TMI-l restart proceeding who did not participate in management issues either at the hearing or appellate stage.
