Zion Station Unit 1 Steam Generator Inservice Inspection Results NRC Docket Number 50-295 l
l Zion Unit I has completed its fourteenth refueling outage. During this outage, the steam generator tubes underwent the required inservice inspections. Pursuant to Technical Specifications 4.3.1.B.5 and 6.6.3.B(k), the attached report details the results of these inspections.

-Included in the attached report are the results of the multi-frequency eddy current examinations.
Where it was desirable to return defective tubes to service, sleeving was used as the repair method.
In addition to sleeving, the P plugging criteria, coupled with tube re-rolling, was utilized to allow l tubes to remain in-service. Additionally, Westinghouse Inconel 600 Mechanical Plugs were removed and replaced with Combustion Engineering Rolled or Welded Plugs.
