l MODIFICATION NO. 3 TO GRANT NO. NRC-04-94-089 BETWEEN PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY AND U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of this grant through August 15. 1997 at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Therefore, the Government hereby accepts the Grantee's letter dated November 6, 1996. The effective date of this modification shall be January 1, 1997.
