GCV 18 696 MODIFICATION N0. 3 TO GRANT NO. NRC-04-94-091 BETWEEN PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY AND U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of this grant through August 15. 1997 at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Therefore, the Government hereby accepts the Grantee's letter dated August 15, 1996.
