Subject:
Interagency Agreement No. NRC-02-83-046, " Criteria for Evaluating Engineered Facilities," Modification No. Four This modification is issued to increase the total amount obligated to the subject Interagency Agreement. Therefore, the following change is hereby incorporated:
1.
Article III - Estimate of Cost, delete the amount "$432,000.00" and insert in lieu thereof "$447,000.00."
2.
Article IV - Obligation of Funds, delete the amount "$432,000.00" and substitute in lieu thereof the amount "$447,000.00."
These additional funds are chargeable to the following appropriation data:
B&R Number FIN Number 50-19-03-02 D1001-5 As a result of this modification, the total amount obligated to this Interagency Agreement is increased by $15,000.00 from $432,000 to
$447,000.00.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
