THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 1996, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, ONE WHITE FLINT NORTH, ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)
The Commission was briefed by the NRC staff on the spent fuel pool study.
The staff should provide an explanation for the apparent discrepancy of the curve of " hours to boil" versus " days to offload" for the Outage 3 data on Slide 13 (i.e.,
29 hours3.356481e-4 days <br />0.00806 hours <br />4.794974e-5 weeks <br />1.10345e-5 months <br /> to boil seems to be too high when compared to the hours since l
offload values for the other outages.)
