In addition to the contract changes outlined below, this Modification No. 6 revises the above-numbered contract to conform with the prescribed Federal Acquisition Regulations uniform contract format.

',r f-Fag. 2 Accordingly, this modification amends the terms and conditions of this contract as follows:
1.
The contractor shall provide waste disposal records for U.S. Ecology, Inc.'s, Beatty, Nevada and Richland Washington, low level waste disposal facilities for calendar years 1984 and 1985.
(Section C.2.3) 2.
Contractor will be paid a firm fixed price of $12,275.00 for calendar year 1984 records.
U.S. Ecology, Inc.'s letter of March 19, 1985 is here attached to and made a part of this contract.
(Section B.
3.
Contractor will be paid a firm fixed price of $12,275.00 for calendar year 1985 records pursuant to telephonic negotiations held on May 8, 1985.
(Section B.2) 4.
The period of performance is extended through April 30,19E6.
(Section F.3.)
As a result of this modification, the total amount obligated to this contract is increased by $24,550.00, from $52,455.00 to 577,005.00.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
