MODIFICATION NO. 4 TO GRANT NO. NRC-G-04-83-003 BETWEEN PURDUE UNIVERSITY - PURDUE RESEARCH FOUNDATION AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION The purpose of this modification is (1) to change the B&R No. in Block A.
N3.13, (2) to extend the Grant Period in Block No. 3, (3) to add work to be performed, thereby revising Block No. 9 of the Notice of Grant Award, and (4) to change the dollar amount in Block No.15 of the Notice of Grant Award.

Specifically, of this Grant No. NRC-G-04-83-003:
In Block No. 13, Accounting and Aapropriation Data, the B&R No is 1.
changed from "60190202" to "601920."
In Block No. 3, Grant Period, is changed from January 1,1983 2.
through September 30, 1985, to January 1,1983 through November 30, 1985.
