The purpose of this modification is (1) to exercise the' third option year of the contract, (2) to exercise the option for.one additional technician, (3) to increase the contract ceiling by $418,919.70 from $1,048,051.45 to .l
$1,466,971.15, (4) to provide funding in the amount of $418,919.70 which
~ increases the obligated amount from $1,048,051.45 to $1,466,971.15, and (5) to extend the period of performance through November 30, 1997. The total amount
- for the third option year and the optional technician is $418,919.70.
Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
- 1. The first sentences in paragraphs (a) and (b) in Section B.4 entitled Consideration and Obligation--Delivery Orders (Jun 1988)" are deleted entirely and replaced with the following:
'"(a) The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for CLINS 001a, 003, 101a, 103, 201a, 203, 301a, and 303 is $665,808.15.
(b) The. amount presently obligated with respect to the items listed above is
$665,808.15."
- 2. Section B.5 entitled " Consideration and Obligation -- Firm Fixed Price
-(JUN.1988)" is deleted entirely and replaced with the following:
"The firm fixed price of this contract for items 001, 101, 102, 201, 202, 301, and 302 is $801,163.00."
.3. Section F.5 entitled " Duration of Contract Period (Mar 1987) Alternate 3 (Mar 1987), .is deleted entirely and replaced with the following:
"Although the Government contemplates use of the system (s) (hardware and software) for the system's life of 5 years from date of installation, the term of this contract'is from June 01, 1994 through November 30, 1997."
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action, is given below:
Total FY94 Obligations: $258,746.55 Total . FY95 Obligations: $384,949.55 Total FY96 Obligations: $404,355.35 Total FY97 Obligations: $418,919.70 Cumulative Total of.NRC Obligations: $1,466,971.15 All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
