ORDER Suffolk County and the State of New York have moved for a further extension of the time within which to file their brief (s) in support of their appeals from the Licensing Board's April 17, 1985 partial initial decision.1 For good cause shown, and in the absence of any objection, the motion is granted.

Consequently, the brief (s) of the County and State will be due on August 30, 1985.

Upon receipt of the County and State brief (s) , and following consultation with the parties, new deadlines will be prescribed for the filing of the responsive briefs of the h Long Island Lighting Company and the NRC staff.
