LILCO'S RESPONSE TO STATUS REPORT l
AND MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME LILCO makes no comment on the status report proffered by Kirkpatrick & Lockhart in its July 17 paper.
No inference should be drawn from LILCO's silence as to its agreement or disagreement with the assertions and characterizations made there.
LILCO does not object to the granting of the extension l
sought so long as LILCO's time to respond is extended at least day for day.
LILCO observes, however, that the only party to have been prejudiced in fact thus far by the representation r
dispute is not Kirkpatrick & Lockhart but the County Attorney's 8507230414 850718
