'We have received the enclosed Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
- correspondence dated October 18,1996, transmitting the FEMA evaluation report for the August 6-7,-1996 Emergency Preparedness Exercise at the Point Beach Nuclear Power Plant.
There were no Deficiencies identified by FEMA during the exercise, but four Areas 1
-Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) were identified. Two ARCAS were carried forward as unresolved.-
l We fully recognize that any remaining corrective actions to be implemented may involve parties and political institutions which are not under your direct control. Nonetheless, we expect that assistancerif appropriate, will be extended.
