Mr. Walter Butler, Chief Licensing Branch 2 Division of Licensing Gentlemont ilOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 STATION PROCEDURE IMPLEMENTATION Pursuant to NRC issuanco of an operating licenso for the llopo Crook Generating Station, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby provides notico to the NRC staff of the following change in schedule for the implementation of required station procedures.

Procedures for activities nooded to support system turnover to llope Creek Operations will be in place prior to implomontation of said activi-ties.

All procedures required for station operation will be in place at least ninoty (90) days prior to fuel load.

The llope Crook Final Safoty Analysis Report (FSAR) will be revised accordingly as shown in the attached, in the next scheduled FSAR Amendment (Amendment 12).

PSE&G organizations performing activities affecting nuclear safety prepare and maintain implementing procedures and instructions.

These procedures and instructions, and subsequent revisions thereto, are subject to NOA review and approval to the entent necessary to verify compliance with the quellty assurance l

program and the applicable quality-related Regulatory Guides and standards identifled above.
