Your Quality Assurance (QA) Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages 4
No. 0347 expires on December 31, 1996.
If you are a Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensee and conduct activities under the General 4 Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or if you are an Agreement State licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, you are required by 10 CFR f 150.20 to implement a QA Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71.
You should request renewal of your QA Program at least 30 days before the j
expiration date. This will provide for continuation of your QA Program to satisfy certain provisions of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 until a final determination has been made on your application.
Please note that there is no fee required for renewal.
