Dear Ms. Puntenney:

This is a third partial response to your letter dated June 30, 1984, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of documents pertaining to (1) any or all documents and materials pertaining to the Full Scale Joint Emergency Exercise held at the Enrico Fermi 2 Atomic Power Plant on June 26 and 27, 1984, and (2) and or all documents and materials pertaining to whether the Fermi 2 nuclear plant meets the standards outlined in 10 CFR 50.47 (Emergency Plans).

Enclosed are the documents listed on the enclosed Appendix A which are responsive to your request.

The charge for reproducing records not located in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) is seven cents ($0.07) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b). Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the 247 pages is

$17.29. You will be billed for this amount by our Division of Accounting and Finance.

The documents listed on the enclosed Appendix B are already available in the PDR. You may request copies of these documents from the PDR by l referring to their accession numbers as indicated on the appendix. We l are enclosing a copy of a notice that provide charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR.

The staff is continuing to review records subject to your request. We will notify you as soon as possible with regard to the remaining records.
