t Special Report section 6.7.c. of the Technical Specifications states that changes to ' i the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (0DCM):  ;

' i "Shall be submitted to the Commission in the form of a complete. legible copy of the entire ODCM as a part of, or concurrent with, the Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the period of the report in which any change to the ODCM was made effective. Each change shall be identified by markings in the margin of the l affected pages, clearly indicating the area of the page that was changed. and shall  !

l indicate the date (e.g., month / year) the change was implemented." '

l l Corporate Health Physics Support submits this report to the NRC for all six stations together on a semi-annual basis.

A change to the ODCM was initiated at Zion Station in October of 1995. The hand -

marked changes to the ODCM were onsite reviewed at the station and inserted into the

! ODCM for immediate use per Technical Specification 6.7. The onsite review package was submitted to Corporate Health Physics for typing as an official revision, complete distribution, and inclusion in the semi-annual NRC change report. The most l- recent submittal covering the time period for July of 1995 - December of 1995 failed to include the ODCM change implemented in October of 1995.

l To prevent recurrence all Technical Specification requirements will be initiated and l reviewed or performed by the station. ODCM related Technical Specifications will be ,

incorporated into station procedures. 7 r

Enclosed is the onsite review package for the missed October 1995 ODCM change. The ,

onsite review includes the marked up ODCM pages and a justification for the change.
