Completion of Generic Ietter 89-19 Actions The purpose of this letter is to provide the final a*2n!= of recommendations made in Generic Letter (GL) 89-19, " Request for Action Related to Resolution of Unresolved Safety Issue A-47 ' Safety Implication of Control Systems in LWR Nuclear Power Plants' Pursuant to 10CFR50.54(f)."
The Technical Specification Upgrade Program (Reference (a)) implemented the Limiting Conditions for Operation and Surveillance Requirements (Reference (b)) that provide trips of the Reactor Feedwater Pumps on high reactor water level. This completed the remaining action to satisfy GL 89-19 requirements. If you have any i
