Philadelphia Electric Company Limerick Nuclear Generating Station FOIA No.85-268
Dear Ms. Robinson:
Thank you for your telephone call of April 15, 1985.
For the time being, we will consider our FOIA request fulfilled by the production of computer indicies of your records regarding Philadelphia Electric Company's Limerick nuclear plant.
We understand these indicies include all documents in both the NRC's public document room and in the NRC 's central files.
On Thursday April 11, 1985 The Wall Street Journal reported that prisoners at Pennsylvania's Graterford Prison which is within 10 miles of the plant filed a protest with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission regarding the evacuation plan for that facility, which is still not public.
We recognize that it might take sometime for your indexing system to catch up with the filing of documents.
Please confirm that the filing of this protest will be reflected in the documents you send us.
If not, we supplement our original FOIA request to ask that all documents relating to objections to the evacuation plans filed by or on behalf of prisoners incarcerated at Grateford be produced.
