Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 8 under Contract No. NRC-02-95-003 The purpose of this Modification No. 2 to the subject task order is to extend the expiration date from October 31, 1996 to September 30, 1997 at no additional cost to the Government.
The issuance of this modification does not change any other terms or conditions of the task order including the ceiling amount of $179.596.00.
