CRGR MEETING N0. 79 AGENDA MODIFICATION As previously(announced on July 9,1985, the Comittee to Review Generic Requirements CRGR) will meet on Wednesday, July 24, 1985, from 12:30 -

5:00 p.m. in Room 6507 MNBB. The previously announced agenda is modified as follows:

As requested by RES, I have deleted the agenda item concerning CRGR review of the proposed Regulatory Guide entitled " Assuring the Availability of Funds for Decomissioning Nuclear Reactors." RES intends to present the guide for CRGR review in November 1985.

I have added the following item to the agenda:

1:15 _ 2:00 p.m. -

J. Funches (NRR) will brief the CRGR concerning the current request to 0MB for approval to continue to impose the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities.

A copy of the OMB request is enclosed (Category 2 item).

The remainder of the agenda is unchanged.
