50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN)- LICENSED OPERATOR FITNESS-FOR-DUTY EXAMINATION In a letter dated September 24,1996, TVA was requested to provide additional information concerning a positive fitness-for-duty test taken on September 13,1996. The enclosure to this letter provides the requested information.
The information contained in the enclosure is personal in nature, and its disclosure would constitute an invasion of the individual's privacy interests. As such, it is the type of l
information customarily held in strict confidence by TVA under TVA's Freedom of l
Information Act regulations at 18 CFR 1301.1 (a)(6). We request, therefore, that pursuant l
to 10 CFR 2.790 (a) (6) of NRC's regulations that the enclosure not be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room. Furthermore,in accordance with standard interagency practice we l
also ask that any requests the NRC might receive from the public for release of the enclosure be referred to TVA for disposition.
