MONTHLY INPUT FOR COMPLYING WITH THE SMALL BUSINESS REGULATORY ENFORCEMENT FAIRNESS ACT The EDO memorandum dated June 25, 1996, provides inte' rim procedures for complying with the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act

.(SBREFA).

Each NRR division was asked to prepare a summary description for each final action subject to SBREFA.

The Generic Issues and Environmental Projects Branch (PGEB) is responsible for collecting'and reviewing the NRR input before forwarding it to the Rules Review and Directives Branch (RRDB). The RRDB is responsible for coordinating OMB review of NRC inputs as required by the SBREFA.

To ensure compliance with the Act, please prepare a summary description of each final action for which your division is responsible and for which the anticipated issue date is within 90 days after the date of this memorandum.

Summary descriptions should be provided via E-mail to Peter Wen (E-mail address: PXW) by October 29, 1996.

Items included in a prior submittal need not be sent.
