Letter, JB Edgar to RC Pierson, Same subject, dated October 21,1994 With the referenced letter Siemens Power Corporation (SPC) submitted a number of revised license pages. We did not submit figures showing the Dry Conversion Building floor plan and HVAC system schematic diagram because they had not been finalized. These diagrams are now available in sufficient detail and six copies each of pages 10-91,10-92,10-93,10-94, and 10-95 showing the floor plans of each of four floors and the HVAC system, respectively are included for the license renewal application.
SPC considers the floor plan diagrams (i.e. pages 10-91 through 10-94) to be confidential under the terms of 10 CFR 2.790 (b)(l). Enclosed in an affidavit attesting to that confidentiality.
