During a telephone conversttion with James Lieberman, Director, NRC Office of '

Enforcement, you brought to our attention that a copy of the synopsis for 01 j Report No. 3-95-044, " Alleged Discrimination Against a Contractor Radiation Worker for Raising Safety Concerns in a Law Suit Regarding a Radiation i Exposure During an Outage," was disclosed to one of the parties of the  ;

Department of Labor (DOL) Administrative Review Board (ARB) Case No 94-144 but  ;
