REQUEST FOR WITHHOLDING INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE, ELECTRIC (GE) GIRAFFE HELIUM SERIES TEST REPORT By your letter dated June 24, 1996, you submitted the " GIRAFFE Helium Series Test publicReport,"

disclosure. NEDC-32608P, June 1996, and requested that it be withheld from is support 3d by an affidavit executed by Joseph F. This SBWR test program has been under development by GE and its associates for more than seven years at a total cost of tens of millions of dollars.
