- We have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have determined that all actions have been completed. Pursuant to Part il,Section I clause 52.245-5 paragraph (j) of the contract, 1
the Govemment hereby abandons and transfers title to all materials, supplies, and equipment purchased or otherwise acquired in the performance of this contract to the University.
Total payment in the amount of $494,658.00 has been accomplished. All obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed out.
