i This refers to your license application dated 12/20/94, NRC reference XS008735, requesting authority to export 20.10 kilograms of natural uranium i
and 63.05 kilograms of thorium, in the form of CANAL slag fluidizer, to l
Trinidad to be used in steel production.
Since the Government of Trinidad has not agreed to accept the material, the Executive Branch has not been in a position to forward favorable views to the NRC.
We are, therefore, returning without action the subject export license j
application.
