.i l This is in response to your letter dated March 26, 1985, in which you re- -l C quested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of the !
successful proposal and contract awarded to the Maxima Corporation under NRC contract No. NRC-09-84-396.
The NRC routinely makes publicly available copies of all contracts in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in a PDR contracts file under the contract number.
In a telephne conversation between David Meyer and you on April 4,1985, you agreed to accept a nonproprietary version of the successful proposal. The proposal you requested, as described on the enclosed appendix, is now avail-able for public inspection and copying at the PDR in "DR file F01A-85-225 under your name.
Also enclosed is a copy of a notice that explains the procedures and charges
- for obtaining records from the PDR.
