SUBJECT:
MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 2, ENTITLE 0, " REASSESSMENT OF DEBRIS INGESTION EFFECTS ON EMERGENCY CORE COOLING SYSTEM PUMP PERFORMANCE" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-95-047 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from May 10, 1996, through November 30, 1996, in accordance with the contractor's correspondence dated January 23, 1996, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
This extension is required so that the contractor can continue gathering plant-specific pump design information.
The delay was not due to the fault of the Contractor or the NRC. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified to read as follows:
The first sentence of paragraph 2 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from September 11, 1995 through November 30, 1996, with a cost ceiling of $246,414."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY95 Obligation Amount: $246,414.00 All other terms and conditions of the subject tatk order remain unchanged.
4 Please indicate your acceptance of Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 2 by having an official authorized to bind your organization execute three copies of this document, by signing in the space pr vided, and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
