Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 3 entitled. " Enhancement to the Controller's Cost Center Resource Database System" under Contract No. NRC-09-94-202 The purpose of this modification is to increase the level of effort in the task order to fund a cost overrun in the amount of $19.920.20. As a result, the cost ceiling and the amount obligated in the task order is hereby increased by $19.920.20. from $51.735.24 to $71.655.44, and the period of performance is being extended from September 13, 1996 through September 23, 1996. Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:

1. The first paragraph beginning with " Task Order No. 3 . " is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No. 3 shall be in effect May 13, 1996 through September 23.

1996. The total cost ceiling is $71.655.44, in which the amount of

$67.823.20 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of

$3.832.24 represents the fixed fee.

2. The third paragraph beginning with "The task order obligates ..

as modified in Modification No.1 is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"This task' order obligates funds in the amount of $71.655.44."

Accounting data for this Task Order Modification is as follows:
