Task Order No.13, Modification No. 2 under Contract No. NRC-02-95-003 In accordance with Subsection G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 2 to Task Order No.13 which: (1) increases the obligated amount by $58.000.00. (2) increases the task order ceiling amount by $214.277.00 from $124.412.00 to $338,689.00 and (3) extends the period of performance from October 30. 1996 to June 30, 1997.
The efforts are to be performed in accordance with the contractor's proposal dated September 18, 1996 and the enclosed revisions to the statement of work.
