REVISION TO LETTER DATED AUGUST 23, 1996, " MODIFICATIONS TO TASK ORDERS LISTED HEREIN UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-93-026 - UNILATERAL NOTICE
Dear Mr. Lofy:
The purpose of this letter is to (1) change the last sentence in the second paragraph of the letter; and (2) correct a mathematical error on Task Order No. 57 on the previously issued unilateral deobligation modifications.
I (1)
The last sentence in the second paragraph should read as follows:
"Therefore, for your records we are providing you with one executed copy of this modification action for all of the task orders on the attached list."
(2)
Task Order 57 should read as follows:
" EXPENDED AMOUNT BALANCE
$27,870.25
$433.86" All other terms and conditions remain the same.
