Modification No.1 to Task Order No.102, under Contract No.
NRC-03-93-026 In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Hodification No. I to Task Order No.102 which: (1) increases the obligated amount by $2.968.00, and (2) increases the task order ceiling amount by $2.968.00 from $66.809.87 to $69.777.87. The efforts are to be 3erformed in accordance with the attached revisions of the statement of worc and the contractor's proposal dated September 19, 1996.
The total amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this task order is $69 sum of M 777.87.
The total cost ceiling is $69.777. 7 of which the represents reimbursable cost, the sum of facilities capital cost of money, and the sum of $1.754.27 represents represents fixed fee.
The obligated amount shall at no time exceed the cost ceiling.
When and if the. amount (s) paid and payable to the contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.
