Subject:
Interagency Agreement No. NRC-02-83-046, " Criteria for Evaluating Engineered Facilities," Modification No. Three This modification is issued to extend the period of performance of the subject Interagency Agreement through September 30, 1985. Therefore, the following change is hereby incorporated:
Article I - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, delete the date " April 15, 1985" and irsert "3eptember 30, 1985," in lieu thereof.
There is no change to the amount obligated to this Interagency Agreement.
If this modification is acceptable to the U.S. Army Corps. of Engineers, please so indicate by having the authorized personnel sign in the space provided below on three copies and return two fully executed copies to the undersigned. The third copy is.for your retention.
