1. Establish containment requirenents on the basis of natcrial dispersibility.

Solid metals or oxides nay have dispersible surface contamination or nay generate dispersible particles. These potential sources of dispersible naterial must be taken into account or demonstrated to be non-existent.

2. Establish test procedures and acceptance criteria for containment of dispersible radioactive natcrials.
