This is in response to your letter dated January 4,1984, in which you requestes, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, three categories of documents regarding TMI.
On January 14, 1985, you were informed by telephone that documents two and three are already publicly available at the NRC's Public Document Room.
Enclosed are 25 cassette tape recordings subject to item one of your request.
In a telephone conversation with Ms. Mary Jean Pool on March 28, 1985, you agreed to pay $49.00 for the cost of these tapes. Also enclosed is a statement that you agreed to sign and return to this office.
You will be billed by the NRC's Division of Accounting and Finance for $49.00 This completes action on your request.
