MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO INTERAGENCY NO. NRC-26-95-350 l
ENTITLED " DIRECT EMERGENCY SUPPORT TO THE NRC OPERATIONS CENTER" 1
The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $90,000, thereby increasing the obligated amount from $112,742 to
$202,742.00. As a result, the Interagency Agreement is hereby modified as follows:
i Under Article IV, Estimated Amount and Oblication of FunA, is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
" Article IV - Estimated Amount and Oblication of Funds "The total estimated amount of this Agreement for the five year period l
(September 21, 1995 through September 20, 2000) is $408,630.
l Requests for payment shall cite the following accounting data:
