'The Commission, by a 5-0 vote, approved an order denying a request from the Business and Professional People for the Public Interest for attorney fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act in connection with its participation in the Bailly license proceeding.
(Subsequently, on May 23, 1985 the Secretary signed the Order.)
