I am taking this opportunity to express sincere appreciation for your participation in our Incident Investigation Team Training Course held at Hunt Valley, Maryland from September 30, 1996 through October 11, 1996.
Your contribution to this activity provided the participants with an indepth perspective of important aspects surrounding the investigation process as it relates to the National Transportation Safety Doard (NTSB). As you are aware, when the Incident Investigation Program was established, we consulted with NTSB and patterned many of our procedures after yours.
