Dear Mr. Martin:
This letter will confirm previous transmittals to Mr. W. D. Johnson, USNRC, Region IV, of a controlled copy of each'6f the ' subject QA program manual revisions.
Controlled copies were also distributedsto Mr. M.
Johns, USNRC, Region III. These program revisions involve both the SNUPPS Standard Plant and the Callaway and Wolf Creek Site Addenda. The changes contained in the subject revisions involve organizational re-structuring, reassignments of personiiel and organizational responsibility, updating of commitments to applicable Codes, Standards and Regulatory Guides and other clarifications and corrections considered minor in nature.
In summary, the changes described in the subject revisions do not reduce the commit-ments in either Utility's quality program description from those previously reviewed and accepted by the NRC.
Please note that, with respect to Callaway Plant, the referenced document revisions are for record purposes only and merely serve to document the-quality program in effect at the time of construction completion and operating license issuance.
