Task Order No. 4. Modification No. 2 Under Contract No. NRC-04 50 Entitled " Individual Plant Examination of External Events (IPEEE)
Submittal Reviews of Group 3 Nuclear Power Plants" The purpose of this modification is to 1) incoro] rate a within scope change 2) increase the contract ceiling and total amount o) ligated by $40.190.15 from
$200.161.83 to $240.351.98 and 3) extend the period of performance through March 31, 1997.
Task Order No. 4 is hereby modified as follows:
1.) Task Order No. 4 is modified to incorporate additional support for the review of generic issues identified in the attached Statement of Work.
2.) The total cost ceiling is increased by $40.190.15 from $200.161.83 to
$240.351.98. The total reimbursable cost is increased by $38.644.37 from
$192.463.30 to $231.107.67 and the total fixed fee is increased by $1545.77 from $7.698.54 to $9244.31.
3.) Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from May 2. 1995 through March 31, 1997.
