- 1. The purpose of this modification is to have the contractor implerent the DCS conversion ire accordance with contractor recomendations discussed in Section 2.2 of contractor techr.ical proposal entitled, " Technical Proposal for Upgrade of Hardware and Sof tware Components of l the NRC Document Control Syster," dated July 5, 1984. Said proposal is referred to in l contract modification number two. Therefore make the following changes:

- 2. Contractor shall not charge G&A or Fee for acquisition of these items.
The acquisition shall be in accordance with the details provided in the contractor's, " Technical Proposal for Upgrade of Hardware and Software Components of the NRC Document Control System," dated July 5,1984.
- 3. The total delivered price of all items acquired shall not exceed $241,621.00.
- 4. Contractor shall integrate all acquired items into the DCS as a part of the DCS conversion. Specifically, contractor shall coordinate acquisition with scheduling of his personnel resources, so that system conversion

,, / l Mtt-10-84-211 Modification No. 10 Page 3 shall proceed without delays. The current schedule for system conversion completion, which calls for total integration and final testing to be completed by September 15, 1985, shall be maintained.
However, contractor shall be granted a schedule increase of one day for each day that the effective date of this modification is beyond June 12, 1985.
- 5. Contractor shall be responsible for maintenance of the converted system including any new items acquired, in accordance with TASK 12 of the statement of work entitled, "DCS Maintenance."
- 6. In items 15 and 21 of page 1 of the contract, change the following wording and amounts from,
" TOTAL ESTIMATED COST $6,742,410.00 TOTAL AWARD FEE POOL $ 603,645.00 Total Estimated Contract
$7,346,055.00," to, Amount (Estimated Cost & Award Fee Pool)

- 7. In Article 111 - Consideration and Fee, A. Estimated Cost and Obligation, change, 1) the amount, "56,742,410.00,* to "56,9S4,031.00, and 2) the anount, "$5,400,206.00," to, "$5,633,706.00."
- 8. Make the following changes in attachment g, Perfomance Evaluation Plan:
(a) In paragraph A.2.(c) change the amount fro., 56,742,410.00," to,
"$6,964,031.00."
