Enclosed is an letter dated October 17, 1996 from Edlow International Company providing additional information regarding their export license XSOU8748. The supplier advised Edlow that the source material would be shipped from a different facility than the one listed on the license. This license was issued on October 10, 1996. This is the only change to the specifics of the license.
